Two hour drive to PAWS for an urgent wound care on a Sunday that required stitches for our yr and half puppy lab. completely worth the time and affordable cost. Staff was super compassionate and patient with our sweet hyper Roxi.

I appreciated the attention to detail both doctors showed and how they explained the potential problems we would be looking out for. There were a lot of measures taken in designing their space and protocols to decrease stress for both owners and patients. In an industry which is making it harder for GPs to accommodate same day appointments, urgent care models such as PAWS are a much needed addition to decrease the burden on both emergency and GP clinics. I know they just opened this location but I hope they can expand to additional locations soon. I highly recommend them and their compassionate staff.

My little boy was having a terrible skin rash so I took him to Paws. We absolutely loved the experience! The staff were very knowledgeable and friendly and treated my baby so well. We were in and out within 2 hours and their prices were very reasonable too. Overall we had an amazing experience and we (hope not soon lol) would definitely go back.

Just had a wonderful experience at paws veterinary urgent care. My vet was not available for several days and they recommended this place. I was very impressed by their professionalism and kindness with my sweet cat Luna. Normally, she absolutely hates vet appointments, but with paws she was a total angel thanks to the gentle handling they did. Would recommend, especially because they accept walk-ins which has become increasingly hard to find in Columbus.

Dealing with a sick pet is never fun but everyone at PAWS put us at ease and answered all of my questions which there were a lot of questions! Dr. Harney gave me options for treatment and supported my decision without judgement. I've been to many ER vets but I've never been in an out in under 2 hours completely satisfied. Highly recommend!

Our Boston Terrier puppy, Ivy, had an allergic reaction to swallowing a bee. PAWS Veterinary Urgent Care went above and beyond to ensure our girl had the best care, from letting me check in on their website and telling me my wait time in advance of arriving (which was AWESOME!) to informing me of treatment options with affordable pricing; I was impressed! Everyone was incredibly kind and Dr. Bonfiglio is an expert veterinarian with amazing bedside manner. I don’t wish an urgent care visit on any paw parent, but if the need arises I 10/10 recommend PAWS Veterinary Urgent Care.

Friendly staff and short wait time. The doctor was great and very thorough. I could not believe how well priced the visit was- I actually believe it was less expensive than our regular Vet would have charged and my dog received two medications. Definitely will go back if needed in the future and would highly recommend!

Dr. Bonfiglio and Dr. Harney are excellent doctors and care for my dog like their own. Toga has seen them both before at another practice before they opened this much needed urgent care. I knew that Toga needed to seek medical attention for a wound but we did not need to go to the ER. Having a great place like PAWS to go to when you don’t want to wait to see your regular vet but you know it’s not an emergency is fantastic. PAWS’ staff were great with my anxious boy. Dr. Harney treated Toga’s wound and answered all of my questions. I left knowing I made the right decision to bring him in. I highly recommend them!

We had a great experience at Paws. An urgent care center with very reasonable pricing and convenient hours. The entire staff was very knowledgeable and friendly. They explained everything and were transparent with pricing. Honestly, I was shocked at how affordable the visit was. Every pet owner should be aware of this urgent care center. They are fantastic! If we should need anything in the future we will be back. Thanks again for the fantastic care!

On a Thursday night at 8:30 p.m. we thought Gimli, who is a weeks post elbow repair surgery, re-injured his leg. Our vet closes at 7. I checked in online before I left at PAWS to see there was no wait. We walked in just after 9 p.m. We were efficiently checked in. Dr. Rob was so knowledgeable and so patient. After an initial inspection, we decided to have xrays done to be safe. Clear of any major injury, we were given medications, home instructions, and checked out in the room (which is so much easier than trying to wrestle a dog at the front desk!) We were out before 10. I am absolutely blown away with the savings compared to what we have had to spend at MedVet for similar services. Dr. Rob was the shining star in a stressful night. If you're considering using PAWS, do it!!

Our dog was not putting weight on her back leg. We brought her in and were in and out in an hour with X-rays and sedation. The staff was wonderful and Dr. Bonfiglio is great! Pricing was very inexpensive compared to other emergency vet experiences. Thank You PAWS!

After the assistant took vitals and noted the medical compliant in her laptop, he was diagnosed by Dr. Bonfiglio with an upper respiratory infection. We received meds at the center--a complete one-stop-shop, in and out in 30 minutes. Just as you'd use "urgent care" for a cough, this vet "urgent care" provided basic care at a very reasonable cost. No unnecessary x-rays or labs. I couldn't have been more satisfied with the experience and am happy to know they exist.

Our Havanese, Ollie, was not eating and having other gastric issues. We visited Dr. Rob Harney and staff and Ollie is soooo much better today. Such a relief - easy to schedule, quick to attend to us! Thank you so very much!
