  • Yes! Walk-ins are always welcome. You can pre-register online to join the waitlist and will know your spot in line. We then alert you when we’re ready for your pet.

  • Yes! We offer appointments on Mondays, Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays. You can schedule online!

  • Cash, credit or debit, CareCredit and Scratchpay

  • No, we do not offer payment plans. Payment is due at time of service. Financing options through CareCredit and Scratchpay are available!

  • We love that you have pet insurance! Please review your policy to see if urgent care visits are covered. We do not work directly with the insurance companies. They typically reimburse you once your bill is paid in full and the receipt can be submitted.

  • No, we do not offer surgery or hospitalization. We treat sickness and minor injury on an outpatient basis. If we determine your pet needs surgery or hospitalization, we work very closely with the local ERs and can facilitate transfer.

  • No, we do not. These should be handled by your regular veterinarian!

  • Yes! We will send a detailed summary of your pet’s visit to your regular veterinarian.

  • Yes, we do. At PAWS, we are comfortable discussing quality of life and end of life care. We provide compassion and support during these difficult times. You will be kept with your pet throughout the entire process in a quiet and private environment.
